Chris is regular speaker and panelist at global conferences, in-house Company events, and a writer; recent topics have included: “future of capitalism”, “Employer Branding & Employee Engagement”, “Corporate Social Responsibility & EVP”, “Culture Value Chain – the road to higher performance”, “Cyber Security – Insider Threat”, Future of Work; Global considerations that empower & enable employees, and “What can we learn from the business practices of (Germany) Europe’s most successful economy?”.
In 2019 he was the Chair of Judges for one of the biggest International Great Employers Awards and Chair of the HR Judging Committee for the International Business Awards in 2018.
